House of Delegates

House of Delegates (HOD) Gallery Registration

All CDHA members are welcome to attend the House of Delegates (HOD) as gallery observers and view the proceedings. Advance registration is required.

Gallery registration is intended for CDHA members who are not attending the House of Delegates as a Trustee, Delegate, Alternate, or CDHA-sponsored Student.

Please Note

  • Gallery registration options: Register for Gallery View Only for $35, or choose Gallery View with Saturday Evening Reception for $135.
  • Meals are not included with registration. 
  • Component-sponsored students must be active CDHA Student Members and should register under Gallery Registration.
  • If you registered for Gallery View Only and would like to add the Saturday Evening Reception, please contact memberservices@cdha.org.

Trustees and Delegates should be registered by their component's Trustee. Trustees may access the additional HOD information using the button below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Upon receipt of registration confirmation, you agree to the terms and conditions of the following refund cancellation policy: All cancellations must be received in writing via email to memberservices@cdha.org. Cancellations received by Monday, October 12 will receive a full refund; no refunds will be issued after this date.

Hotel Information

CDHA has reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn San Jose – Silicon Valley at the group rate of $219++ per night.

The last day to book a room within the CDHA room block is Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 3:00 pm.

The Holiday Inn San Jose – Silicon Valley offers complimentary shuttle service to and from San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC), located approximately 1.5 miles from the hotel.   • CDHA will not provide meals during the 2026 House of Delegates.
  • The Saturday Evening Reception is included for Trustees, Delegates, Alternates, and CDHA-sponsored Students. Gallery attendees may attend by selecting the Gallery Registration + Reception option during registration and paying the applicable fee.
  • The Saturday Evening Reception theme is Around the World. We invite you to have fun with the theme by dressing in attire inspired by your favorite destination, cultural style, or travel adventure. Whether it's tropical resort wear, Parisian chic, Italian summer fashion, Western flair, or clothing that celebrates your own heritage, feel free to get creative. Cancellation & Refund Policy

By registering for a vendor table, you acknowledge that CDHA will retain a $50 administration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by Wednesday, September 30 at memberservices@cdha.org. No refunds will be issued after this date. If CDHA must cancel the House of Delegates, CDHA's liability will be limited to the amount of the registration fee.

2026 House of Delegates

House of Delegates (HOD) is the annual business and installation event. The meeting involves consideration of proposed bylaws and resolutions, including the budget for the new year. New officers are elected and installed along with new component trustees.  The HOD provides a unique opportunity for members to participate in a "behind the scenes experience" and observe the commitment of CDHA's leadership and staff in advancing the profession of dental hygiene.
