All CDHA members are welcome to attend the House of Delegates (HOD) as gallery observers and view the proceedings. Advance registration is required.
Gallery registration is intended for CDHA members who are not attending the House of Delegates as a Trustee, Delegate, Alternate, or CDHA-sponsored Student.
Trustees and Delegates should be registered by their component's Trustee. Trustees may access the additional HOD information using the button below.
Upon receipt of registration confirmation, you agree to the terms and conditions of the following refund cancellation policy: All cancellations must be received in writing via email to memberservices@cdha.org. Cancellations received by Monday, October 12 will receive a full refund; no refunds will be issued after this date.
CDHA has reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn San Jose – Silicon Valley at the group rate of $219++ per night.
The last day to book a room within the CDHA room block is Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 3:00 pm.
Rooms are available for the nights of Thursday, November 5 through Sunday, November 8, 2026.
Here are the most convenient airports for attendees traveling to the Holiday Inn San Jose – Silicon Valley (1350 North 1st Street, San Jose, CA 95112):

San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) is the closest and most convenient option. Located less than 2 miles from the hotel, it offers quick access via the complimentary hotel shuttle, rideshare, or taxi in approximately 5 minutes and is served by most major U.S. airlines.
The Holiday Inn San Jose – Silicon Valley offers complimentary shuttle service to and from San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC), located approximately 1.5 miles from the hotel. Shuttle service is available daily from 5:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight). Please contact the hotel directly at (408) 453-6200 for pickup instructions or additional information.

Dining is available at the hotel for breakfast and dinner. The Santa Cruz Restaurant is open daily for breakfast. The Pub is open Monday-Saturday for Dinner. The Market Pantry is open for grab and go snacks.

By registering for a vendor table, you acknowledge that CDHA will retain a $50 administration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by Wednesday, September 30 at memberservices@cdha.org. No refunds will be issued after this date. If CDHA must cancel the House of Delegates, CDHA's liability will be limited to the amount of the registration fee.

House of Delegates (HOD) is the annual business and installation event. The meeting involves consideration of proposed bylaws and resolutions, including the budget for the new year. New officers are elected and installed along with new component trustees. The HOD provides a unique opportunity for members to participate in a "behind the scenes experience" and observe the commitment of CDHA's leadership and staff in advancing the profession of dental hygiene.
